Jim Schmidt
Jim is a devoted father and hardworking professional, blessed to share both his career and life with his two sons, who work alongside him. When he's not dedicating himself to his career, he's all about family time, making memories, and dreaming up the next adventure. He’s a firm believer in balancing hard work with the joys of life, and he’s always looking for ways to keep the fun going—both at work and home.

Brandon Schmidt
Brandon is the life of the party—energetic, approachable, and always ready for a good conversation. A proud husband and father of two, he cherishes time spent outdoors and making memories with his family. When he’s not planning for the arrival of his first grandchild, you’ll find him cheering on his daughter at volleyball events, where his support and enthusiasm are unmatched. Brandon’s passion for family, adventure, and connection makes him someone people love to be around.

Eric Schmidt
Eric is a dynamic and energetic go-getter with a passion for both his work and family. He is married and has two children, balancing his busy life with a strong commitment to his faith and church. When he’s not working, Eric enjoys creating cherished memories on family vacations, always taking the time to appreciate the little moments. His enthusiasm and dedication to both his career and loved ones make him someone who is always on the move, yet never too busy to value what matters most.

He explained to me what needed to be done and went over the costs with me. The next day Jim and Brandon arrived on time and got the job done.
